“I am proud to partner with the Louisiana attorney general on this case because it is the most important First Amendment case in a generation. Earlier this month, Bailey also released a statement outlining several legal “shows” related to the case, including an alleged effort by the White House to get Twitter to censor Robert F. Kennedy Jr. – son of Bobby Kennedy and nephew of the President. John F. Kennedy.

Bailey Kennedy, who questioned aspects of the coronavirus vaccines, was characterized as a “known critic of the White House’s COVID-19 narrative.”

On “The Bottom Line,” McDowell noted a recent op-ed by Landry suing Flaherty, asking Bailey how many White House figures they believe are involved in an effort to prevent speech.

“[W]He has thousands of pages of records, hundreds of pages of depositions. We have sidelined key officials at the White House, the FBI, Homeland Security and the State Department. And we’re not done yet,” he said.

Interestingly, the Jefferson City, Mo., ABC affiliate reported in November that Dr. Anthony Fauci to be removed from office.

“We’re going to continue to get rid of this massive censorship enterprise that violates the free speech of Americans,” Bailey continued on Fox Business. “And we’re not going to stop. But the main piece of evidence we found was that individuals with the White House were specifically targeting conservative voices on Big Tech social media.”

The topics the White House is said to have wanted suppressed include not only the blocking of the COVID-19 vaccine, but claims about 2020 election interference and the truth about Hunter Biden’s laptop.

“What that did was they forced the Big Tech social media companies to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story. Now, that’s the information Americans deserve to hear,” Bailey continued.

“They deserve that information in a free, fair and open debate to make good decisions at the ballot box. That information has been taken away from them.”

The lawsuit, he said, is still in the discovery stage, adding that he and Landry will petition the United States Supreme Court if necessary if it reaches that level.
